We are Lauren, Nicole and Angelique of Holistic Postpartum Co.

We are three experienced birthworkers specializing in Ayurvedic and Holistic postpartum care, united by a shared passion for nurturing families during the sacred postpartum period. In addition to our professional experience, we are also mothers to nine children collectively, which gives us a deep, empathetic understanding of the transformative nature of this time.

Our postpartum journeys—each filled with lessons, challenges, and moments of profound growth—  have inspired us to come together to create this workshop. Drawing from our extensive work with clients, as well as our specialized training, we’ve crafted and honed the knowledge we share in this workshop to provide families with the tools and confidence they need to navigate postpartum with intention and care.
